A região de Coonawarra, famosa por seus Cabernet Sauvignon, responde por cerca de 1,5% da produção vinícola do país e seus vinhos são considerados entre os melhores do mundo. Os secretos tesouros geológicos do terreno poroso limestone, debaixo da rica terra rossa, criam uma adegagem especial, preservando água para uso posterior. Desses presentes da natureza, os enólogos registram suas assinaturas nos vinhos.
